Coaching sessions will be Bi-weekly by phone. - Level 4+: 2 consecutive calls Bi-weekly - Level 3 and below: 1 call Bi-weekly - One Biweekly Video Visit Sessions Jpay Messaging for communication outside of coaching sessions Goal setting and completing Find and connect to resources Support & resources for the family Safety Planning Personal Needs Assessment (2) 15min Emergency calls a month $150.00/Month
