Reentry Coaching will focus on assisting those that have returned to the community after incarceration. Weekly Coaching Sessions by phone or video conference (30-60min) Email in between coaching sessions Goal Setting and Completion Reentry Planning and Timeline Find & Connect to Resources Support & Resources for the family Safety Planning Personal Needs Assessment 2 Emergency Sessions a month - (1) 15min - (1) 30min $85.00/Month $125/with XV3 The RedZone Enrollment (only during the 12 weeks of the program, the price will then drop back to $85)
